During the Easter holidays in 2013, 9th April to be precise, the instructors decided to start looking for a venue for the Karate club to move into full time.
A few days after the holidays they had viewed a number of empty properties and units, within 14 days (2 of which the club was in Sheffield for the EKF Nationals) we had made an offer for premises. There was some competition for this property so we continued to look around viewing something else that was advertised a few days later. This was no longer available but the owner put us in contact with his brother, who just so happened to have a bigger property round the corner.
We viewed this on 29th April 2013, negotiated the price and collected the keys on 1st May 2013.
