A more unusual warm-up Before the competition started, Alan (aka Rock DJ), decided to play dance music to get the kids into the mood for the day ahead. So, naturally the kids all fall into line and start doing the dance steps. When Sensei Carl notices, he smiles, walks past and naturally gives all the kids 10 press-ups, much to the amusement of the parents. |
